Popcorn

3 TBSP olive oil or coconut oil

1/3 c popcorn kernels

Place 2 kernels of popcorn in pan and heat on med/med high heat.

When they have popped add remaining kernels to pot, remove from heat for 30 seconds. Shake pan a little to distribute oil.

Return pan to burner and cook until popping stops.

Leave a slight gap between the lid and pot to vent steam while popping.

Shake pan occasionally while popping. You can pour out some of the popcorn, if the pot is too full.
